Obituary
Bianchi, Francesca
Jun 21, 1958 – Mar 5, 2025
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Francesca Bianchi, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and pillar of her community, who left an indelible mark on the lives of those around her.
Born in the charming town of Siena, Italy, to a traditional Italian family, Francesca was raised with strong Catholic values. She grew up speaking fluent Italian and spent countless hours listening to her nonna’s stories about the old country. After marrying her high school sweetheart, Marco, who is 7 years older than her, they settled in their hometown of Siena.
Francesca was a kind-hearted soul with a warm smile and infectious laughter. She spent most of her life devoted to her family, cooking delicious meals for her loved ones, and teaching them the importance of tradition and faith. Her famous handmade pasta dishes became a staple at family gatherings, and her tiramisu was always the talk of the town.
A devoted mother to two children, Francesca encouraged their passions and interests, often serving as a referee in spirited debates over music, politics, or sports teams. Her grandchildren adored “Nonna” for her silly jokes, creative storytelling, and unconditional love.
Francesca’s passing leaves an immense void in the lives of her family, friends, and community. We take comfort in the countless memories she created, the lessons she taught, and the love she shared with all who knew her. May her legacy continue to inspire us to live with purpose, kindness, and compassion.
Francesca is survived by her husband Marco; children, Alessandro (Giulia) and Sofia (Luca); grandchildren, Leo and Giada; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
